In most cases Haven do not allow bookings from single sex parties,
please ask |

Minimum age of person making a booking is 21+ |

No dogs allowed in caravans, few exceptions please ask |

Check in times are from 4 pm, check out time is 10 am |

A non refundable deposit is required on your booking of £50 per week,
refundable in certain circumstances only |
|
We will hold a pre-booking for 7 days |
|
Balance is due 4 weeks before commencement of holiday |
|
A refundable security deposit of £60 per unit booked is required
(this is due to increasing amounts of wilful damage by some guests)
this will be refunded within 14 days after the last date of your holiday if no problems have
occured |

Any damages/ breakages must be replaced/ repaired at your
cost |
|
Any major damages/ breakages should also be reported to
fleetsidecaravans as soon as is resonably possible and no longer than 48 hours or by time of
departure, which ever is earliest |

We reserve the right to charge any costs we incur due to damage or
breakages to you
This will include any loss of income at the prevailing price at the time of loss due to the unit not
being useable |

We will seek these costs through the legal system if
necessary |
|
Any reports of noise nuisance will result in you being asked to leave
by haven security |
|
No refund will be given if you are asked to leave by any authority,
site security included |
|
Your details will be kept by fleetsidecaravans for insurance purposes
and we may contact you in the future with details of offers we may have. you have the right to
opt out of this |

We do not accept responsibility for injury or accidents whilst you
are resident in any of our caravans |
|
You are not permitted to make alterations to the caravan internally
or externally |
|
You have the right to use the unit uninterrupted for your lease
period, but we hold the right to undertake emergency works as need be |
|
We do
not include passes in our prices, these can be arranged for you, but will be
payable direct to haven |
|
it will be accepted that persons making a booking will have read and
accepted these terms and conditions |

Please leave the caravan in a clean condition on departure, this helps us to
keep our prices lower as our service personel are able to spend less time and service
more units |
